Who is Vu Phuong Thanh? (Gao Tanny) - Frauster, under police investigation

This article briefly summarizes the biography of Vu Phuong Thanh ("Gao" writer, also known as Gao Tanny, born in 1988). She has cheated dozens of people in Vietnam out of billions of VND, and is under police investigation. Her boyfriend was arrested in 2019. All this information has concrete evidence, you will see each blog post.
Origin: Household registration is still in Quan Nhan, Hanoi, although this tiny house belonging to her parents has been sold since 2012 and since then she has rented an apartment in Saigon. Her parents (named Truong - Hoa) were labor mechanical workers, later worked as construction workers (however, she often extolled them as "studying abroad" parents).
- 2006: Failed entrance exam to university (received grade of 3/30)
- 2008-2010: Worked at kenh14. Ms. Gao was caught stealing money from 20 collaborators (over 50 million VND), quit her job and fled to Saigon ever since.
- 2010-2012: Went to work at Vinagame and Lien Viet post bank - Marketing department. Each place she interned for a few months, then was fired for poor performance. (However, up to now, she still boasts that she used to be a "Director of the Bank when she was 20" (though she's merely a high school graduate and failed university exam.)
- Emerged with a few published love stories that plagiarized Chinese novels. Her followers on Facebook and social media are mostly fake profiles (Fake followers can be bought in Vietnam very easily).
- 2012: Got pregnant with her boyfriend, Ha Tuan Tu (born in 1990). At the same time, Tu was expelled from school for fighting with classmate, and has remained at home without a job ever since. Gao, however, gave birth to three children (Ha Gia Binh, Ha Anh Minh, Ha Thanh Binh) continuously in the hope of being recognized by Tu's family, but until now has not achieved the goal, still no marriage certificate.
- From 2012-2018: Gao starts to build an image on the internet, bragging that she is the CEO of many companies. What is the reality? She just stayed home and posted on Facebook all day. By 2018, she was accused of stealing money and lies by many partners and former colleagues. For example, she was hired to do marketing for a spa and a few stores but claimed to be the owner. She also lured a number of people into "business ventures", which all turned out to be fake, and she fled with all their investment money. The number of victims who have been cheated and lost money has reached hundreds.
Ms. Gao used those victims' money to open a number of milk tea shops (now collapsed). Gao claims that he is the owner of Bom Media, but in reality this "company" has no employees and its only job is drawing ads for some milk tea shops.
- 2018: Ha Tuan Tu was arrested and charged with robbery and fighting against law enforcement officers in District 1 police. Tu is still her boyfriend, not husband, because his father still doesn't look at Gao's face (thanks to her reputation as a frauster) and doesn't accept the grandchildren. Although Ms. Gao organized a fake "wedding" on her own, there were no family attended, nor did they register for marriage.

- May 2019: Ha Tuan Tu was arrested for beating people in District 2

- October 2019: Gao's bank debt is now over 1.4 billion dong, 12 late payments in the past year. She still owes over 3 billion dong to her old business partners. With her history of fraudulent activities, it's not hard to predict the fate of this money.
- October 2019: Ms. Gao announces a breakup with her boyfriend Ha Tuan Tu, but actually has been having an affair since April with Nguyen Ich Vinh (who is married and have 1 daughter).
